Safety waiver

By ticking below I confirm that:

  • I'm fit to drive. I don't have epilepsy or sensitivity to flashing lights, and I'm not under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • I'll tell the crew before driving if I have a heart condition, back or neck injury, motion sickness, or am pregnant. The motion rig isn't suitable for these.
  • I understand force-feedback wheels and motion seats can cause strain, pinched fingers or dizziness, and I take part at my own risk.
  • I'll follow the crew's briefing and instructions, and stop if I feel unwell. Their decisions and recorded lap times are final.
  • Digital G-FORCE may show my leaderboard name, use photos or video of my run, and keep my details to run the challenge and contact winners.

  1. Sim racing uses force-feedback steering, heavy pedals and, on the Elite rig, a motion platform. Risks include strain to wrists, arms, back or neck, pinched fingers, dizziness, nausea, eye strain and, rarely, seizures in people with photosensitivity.
  2. I have honestly declared my health. I'll keep thumbs outside the wheel spokes, hands and feet inside the rig, and stay seated until the crew says the motion has stopped.
  3. The crew may refuse, stop or end any run, or change my rig, for safety or time reasons.
  4. I'll use the equipment with care and am responsible for my belongings.
  5. To the extent permitted by law, I release Digital G-FORCE Pvt. Ltd., its staff and the event organisers from claims for injury, loss or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by their negligence or wilful misconduct.
  6. I consent to first aid or medical help being arranged for me if needed.
  7. My details are stored by Digital G-FORCE to run the challenge and contact winners. Marketing messages are sent only if I opt in. I can ask for my data to be deleted by writing to info@digitalgforce.in.
  8. If the driver is under 18, the parent or guardian named above agrees to this waiver on their behalf.
